We handle the build and daily operation

You approve messages and publication

Start with one clearly scoped workflow

Less chasing drafts.
More work ready for your decision.

For teams with recurring marketing or outreach work and someone ready to review it. We take care of the workflow so you can focus on the decisions.

Keep your content moving

Turn a topic into a researched article, images, and social drafts. Review the work in one queue before publication.

Topic → drafts → your approval → publish

Prepare better outreach

Research prospects and prepare relevant emails. Your team reviews each message before it is sent.

Research → draft → your approval → send

Make the work visible

See what is waiting on you, what has run, and what needs attention. Keep a record of approvals and delivery.

One queue. Clear ownership. An audit trail.

From a content topic to a reviewed draft.

For TrustPoll, we built a marketing workflow that brings topic research, article drafts, images, and social copy into an operator review queue.

The team can inspect and edit the work before approving delivery. Sotura connects the steps and records the approval and publishing activity.

  1. 1Queue a topic to research
  2. 2Prepare the article, image, and social drafts
  3. 3Review and approve the content
  4. 4Publish through the agreed channels

A clear scope.
A working deployment.
An operating partner.

Choose one recurring process to start. We agree what success looks like, connect the required tools, and test it with your team before launch.

Target launch: 2–3 weeks after scope and access are ready. Additional workflows and custom integrations are scoped separately.

From first message to a workflow you trust.

1. Map the work

Tell us what your team repeats, which tools you use, and where approval matters. We confirm fit, scope, price, and a launch plan.

2. Build and review

We connect the tools and build the workflow. Your team reviews sample outputs, approval rules, and failure handling against the agreed criteria.

3. Launch and operate

We host and monitor the workflow. You review the work, approve delivery, and decide what to improve or automate next.

Automation with someone accountable.

We own the operation

You have a team responsible for building and running the agreed workflow, with support responsibilities defined before launch.

You control delivery

Review the content and messages before they leave your business. Reject work that misses the mark and keep your brand standards intact.

You can see the work

Approval queues, run history, and usage limits give your team a clear view of what is happening and where attention is needed.

Want your team to run it?

The platform brings workflow orchestration, approvals, audit history, and usage controls into one system. For teams with technical operators, we can scope a platform deployment and handover.

Good questions. Clear answers.

What does it cost?

Budget $12,000–$15,000 for a managed deployment setup and $2,000–$3,000 per month for ongoing operation. These are planning ranges in USD. We confirm the workflow scope, integrations, usage allowance, and final price in a written proposal before work begins.

What do we need to provide?

A workflow owner, examples of good work, brand guidance, and access to the agreed tools. Your team reviews the scope and test runs, then assigns someone to approve work and handle exceptions. We agree the review cadence during scoping.

Will it work with our existing tools?

The TrustPoll build includes WordPress content workflows, social publishing adapters, and email outreach. We check your specific tools, account permissions, and API access before quoting. New or restricted integrations can change the scope and timeline.

Can AI send or publish without our approval?

For the marketing and outreach workflows described here, outbound messages and publication require approval. You agree the rules with us during setup, and operators can review, reject, or request changes before delivery.

How quickly can we launch?

We target 2–3 weeks for an agreed initial workflow once scope, access, and required content are ready. Custom integrations and review delays can extend that timeline. Your proposal includes milestones and acceptance criteria.

What happens after launch?

Sotura hosts and operates the agreed workflow, monitors runs, and helps resolve failures. You retain approvals and business decisions. Support coverage, usage limits, and changes beyond the original scope are defined in your agreement.

What if a workflow fails or the output is wrong?

Your team can reject drafts before anything is sent. Run history and audit records help identify failures so an operator can review the next action. We test the approval and failure paths with you before launch.

Can our team take over later?

Yes, platform operation is an option for teams that want to run their own workflows. We scope access, training, hosting, and handover separately, including the responsibilities your team will take on.

What task keeps coming back to your team?

Tell us what you repeat and which tools you use. We’ll help you assess whether it’s a good fit for automation.
